NON PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS
Non-Profit organization are granted tax-exempt status by the IRS. Donations and payments can be tax deductible to those who made them to the business. Non-Profits (501-C3) do not pay income tax on donations they receive, however they do still need to maintain a proper filing method and current books.
